SAGE operates at the intersection of LGBTQ+ and aging experiences. Our work ensures that all LGBTQ+ older people have just and fair access to the opportunities they deserve and are free from ageism. SAGEServes creates ever-growing opportunities to serve our community’s older people and support their unique needs. We do this through direct services at our five SAGE Centers and care management programs in New York City, programs designed to support LGBTQ+ elders across New York State, and programs designed for LGBTQ+ elders in Southern Florida.
